The Godspeed Internship program is for Individuals who are Built Better. Graduate students that love challenges and are driven to achieve more through personal growth (education, health, performance, communication, efficiency, etc.) and using their personal growth to impact the futures of others, The Godspeed Internship Program is for you!
Because Godspeed is built for creating opportunities, the Godspeed Internship Program was created to recruit, equip and empower graduate students through a volunteer and paid two part system that will build a foundation for future opportunities at Godspeed and/or in the Health and Performance Industry.
Each Intern accepted into the Godspeed Internship Program will receive the below semester package:

Personal Development
(Volunteered Internship of 8-10 hours per week)
Practical Development
(Paid Internship of 10 - 20 hours per week)
Every Godspeed Staff member Is Invested In and developed to Impact the opportunities and future of Godspeed, themselves and every future Individual they serve.
Each intern will complete a minimum eight and maximum of twenty-four week internship program on the Godspeed campus. A case by case approach will be used to set and apply each interns program length and weekly commitment of hours. The intern will be required to complete a designed number of hours each week with specific objectives of learning, development, application and coaching. An Internship Project will be created, designed, implemented and completed during all Godspeed Internships.
Each intern alongside a Godspeed Staff Mentor (GSM) will create, design, implement and complete an internship project with the purpose of progressing, improving, and/or creating a new service, program, test, and/or other business benefit to the intern’s own development alongside the Godspeed System.
The Godspeed Active Life (“AL”) program BUILDS BETTER FITNESS, HEALTH, and FUTURES. Through the implementation of the AL Program, adults and fitness athletes are evaluated, educated, and equipped to increase health and fitness while reducing their risk of injury. The purpose of the AL program is to lead, educate, discipline and refine members on their current journey to increase performance but even more importantly to educate and equip the athlete for a long-term passion to improve health and fitness throughout their lives.
The AL programs serve a range of adults and fitness athletes across multiple levels of fitness experience and age:
Ages: 13 – 65+
Training Experience: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite
Each member is evaluated, educated, and progressed in their age group, training experience level and injury history with focused implementation of long term health development protocols.

The Godspeed Athlete Performance (“AP”) and Team Athlete Performance (“TAP“) program BUILDS BETTER ATHLETES, TEAMS, CHAMPIONS and FUTURES. Through the implementation of the AP and TAP Program, athletes and teams are evaluated, educated, and equipped to increase performance while reducing their risk of injury. The purpose of the AP program is to lead, educate, discipline and refine athletes on their current journey to increase athletic performance but even more importantly to educate and equip the athlete for a long-term passion to improve health and fitness throughout their lives.
The AP programs serve athletes in the four groups : Professional, College, High School and Middle School.
Each athlete and team is evaluated, educated, and progressed in their age group, athlete type and sport with focused implementation of long term athletic development protocols.
