"A hero is someone who has given his or her life to something bigger than oneself." This Memorial Day we honor our fallen heroes sacrifice with the Godspeed Memorial Day Challenge. Come help us remember their sacrifice with sweat and effort on Monday, May 30th.
The workout consist of:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air-squats
1 mile run
Workout is meant to be done with a weighted vest (rx: 20lbs Men / 14lbs Women). Our staff can help you scale as needed. Wave 1 begins at 800am. Wave 2 begins at. 930am. Register at the link below:
