Team Athlete Performance System

The Godspeed Athlete Performance Program (AP Program) is a proprietary training system and software refined for over 11 years. The AP Program utilizes years of on the field training experience reinforced by current sports science research to build an adaptive, holistic system that evaluates, educates and progresses athletes along 6 Pillars of athlete development – Activation, Build, Skill, Energy, Regen, Fuel through the athletic season (Pre, During, Post).

All athletes complete the AP Team system evaluation (pre, mid, post)

Receive AP Team system training program and build better athletes, build better teams

TEAM TRAINING OPTIONS

The Process

Each athlete will complete a pre and post evaluation specific to the sport played. This includes the following:
Body
Athlete’s body composition
Analyze and adapt each athlete’s composition on performance needs
Function
Athlete’s Movement Efficiency
Analyze and correct athlete’s at-risk asymmetric
Strength
Athlete’s Overall Strength
Measure and analyze athlete’s strength to mass needs or capabilities
Skill
Athlete’s Ability to Move Skillfully
Measure and analyze athlete’s ability to complete skills
Energy
Athlete’s Conditioning
Measure and analyze athlete’s conditioning based on demands of sport
After completing the evaluation, each athlete will be prescribed a progressive program designed to prevent injury, promote recovery and increase performance through a multi facited periodized program.
Activation
Warm up + staq
Athletes will be guided through a progressive warm up and field work session specific to sport and phase of system
Build
strength development
Athletes will be progressed and adapted through strength and training methods specific to demand of sport
Energy
conditioning
Athletes will be progressed and adapted through strength and training methods specific to demand of sport
Regen
recovery + nutrition
Athletes will be educated and progressed through nutrition counseling and restorative techniques
The team will be given up to date evaluative tools, training and recovery programs as well as access to education tools (video, blogs, FaceTime, etc.)
