Each athlete will complete a pre and post evaluation specific to the sport played. This includes the following:

Measure and analyze athlete’s conditioning based on demands of sport
After completing the evaluation, each athlete will be prescribed a progressive program designed to prevent injury, promote recovery and increase performance through a multi facited periodized program.

Athletes will be progressed and adapted through strength and training methods specific to demand of sport

Athletes will be educated and progressed through nutrition counseling and restorative techniques
The team will be given up to date evaluative tools, training and recovery programs as well as access to education tools (video, blogs, FaceTime, etc.)
